[Patch] Shadow the Hedgehog PLUS 1.1

Recently, Domikoto released a video for those who play SRB2 on Android devices and don't have a PC to install the patch. Three different methods are demonstrated, with the last one being the most accessible and easiest so far.

So, if you're still having issues installing the patch on your Android device, you can check out this guide.

It's back! After such LONG time!

Update are not that big, but fixes are important enough to make experience much more better in current SRB2 version.

Here's changelog:
- Settings save file now correctly works. No more config resets after reentering the game/map.
- Other small bugfixes.

Aaand yeah, This is still a Patch, not a full addon file, so if you don't know how to install this patch, you can check out the instructions in the addon overview or Domikoto's video down below.

@DoMikoto published tutorial on YouTube about how to install Shadow PLUS patch.
It's still for PC ONLY, but atleast it can much more simple and helpful to understand.
