These are a handful of P_SKIN patches to the vanilla cast (and some others) that mainly focus on adding some flavor to their sounds. However, there is a special case for the vanilla cast, as some of them have different speed, sprites, or new functionality! (Also should note that this works best for versions that DON'T have the new sprites that're coming soon. So AFAIK, 2.2.13 should be fine (just waiting for the linux version to update)
Changes from vanilla cast:
Sonic:
- Thok has been switched to the Homing Attack!
- Skincolor is now Cobalt!
- Super form color is now White!
- Some sprites have been altered for him.
Tails:
- Slightly buffed flight verticality when pressing JUMP.
- Spindash swapped out to a pounce!
- Super form color is now Sky Blue!
- SF_DASHMODE has been applied!
Knuckles:
- Multi-glide has been reimplemented, at the cost of no shield abilites.
- Jump height is better now!
- Super form color is now Lime!
- He no longer has an accidental shaved arm (at least, in terms of pre-v2.2.14. Silently waiting for the Linux version to update itself.) when he gets hurt!
Amy:
- Hammer is now spammable when mid-air.
- Super color is now Purple!
- Her voice is that from Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric!
- Her outfit palette has been simplified to just red instead of green and blue!
Fang:
- Can coil his tail into a spring as many times as he wants!
- Skincolor set to Raspberry!
- His super color is now Red!
Metal Sonic:
- Hover swapped out for Air Drill!
- Skincolor set to Sapphire!
- I gave him a voice! Depending on the feedback, this may or may not stick around.
- Super color set to Yellow!
Changes from modded characters:
Lilac: More FP2 representation in her sounds & taunt sounds!
Honey: New sounds + her voice is now Carol from Freedom Planet, & Hyper mode jingle has been remade!
Jana: Skincolor has been reverted to brown, & a voice has been given to her! Also her drip taunt has been switched out.
v1.0 Peppino: More sounds!
Twilight Sparkle: Custom sound clips with the help of 15.ai, back when it was up.
UglyKnux: Sounds are now at a much lower quality.
SSNSonic & SSNTails: Now plays sounds from Sonic 1!
FSonic: More sounds, better thok power, and voice clips from Sonic Lost World!
TailsCD: Custom sounds and a different super form color! Also renamed to FTails to match FSonic.
(also there may be some extra things altered that i havent put here, i simply forgot because i'm doing other things too .3.)
Most important part though: Feedback is greatly appreciated! If you think there should be a change to one of the patches let me know! I don't know anything about LUA so I can only do basic edits within SLADE! (also these are free to use, almost forgot to mention that)
