A simple SOC file that will remove every instance of flickies. Useful for those who want these little things out of their way or folks who have low spec hardware and trying to preserve as much game as they can. Why? AFAIK nobody else has really done it and I feel like there's at least one other person out there that wants to preserve their frames per second or another reason.
This initially started as an edit to one of Whispon CD Sonic's scripts in the past with a different file, but later on I was just looking around the wiki and found out about the states and thing types for flickies.

(For clarity, Flickies aren't removed from the game. Upon being called in the game, the flicky will immediately delete itself.)
