Yes, a port of one mod that changes a original SRB2's Palette (PLAYPAL) into EGA Palette that would melt your eyes with bright colors.

EGA is Enhanced Graphics Adapter that only used some limited display of the 16 colors from a palette of 64 colors using a 2-bit RGB scheme.
