don't give up, just stop showing gameplay so they can't do anything
 
I seriously wouldn't worry too much, recreations are only going to be 'recreations' typically these recreations are either poorly cobbled together assets with sub par scripting, or just.. something else entirely, and by the assumption that you are adding EVERY doom power into the character, i doubt anyone will have the willpower to try and recreate that. Seriously don't give up, i'm really eager to play this mod and would be very dissapointed if it ended up in the gutter, i'm counting on you Team Latinos.

Yeah, but barely ANYBODY is even using the build let alone would anyone want to use it, I think you're fine. Your team does great work and to let that be dimished over some kids wanting to not be patient would be sad. you're fine, and if you're really worried, then don't post anymore sneaks, and keep testers in check. I believe in you guys.
 
Genuinely I hope to start making speedrun videos with this character, Doom Shadow is kind of the only mod i'm really interested in now.
 
Same bro this mod caught my attention fast. I have been watching this since adventure shadow before it got put on hiatus. really would like to see this in the future
 
Seeing that Team Latinos has a youtube channel now makes me even more excited, can't wait to see what you all post.
 
You know what? I have been thinking about this all the time and as I clarified in the post I made, I was considering canceling the mod due to people leaking and recreating it. I have seen many people using some assets like sprites from the mod for their own mods, which is wrong, not even giving credits to the original spriters of the mod. So I thought and thought, and I have decided that Doom Shadow will not be canceled. We probably won’t upload more multimedia for the mod, that depends on whether this situation calms down and does not escalate into something much worse. The only thing I ask is for patience, please. Thanks to those who have already been patient with the mod. We will see each other soon.
 
Can't wait to see it, I'm happy for you all. I hope to be able to see more doom shadow soon, either that be the release of the mod, or a sneak peak down the line. I'm glad to see that it will still go on, and now I'm excited. I hope development goes smoothly from here.

Adding onto this, these recreations are usually poorly made and just badly made in general xd. This mod looks great and I wish you the best of luck with it.
