If cutscenes were added...
It feels unnecessary to me imo, especially knowing that SRB2 is actually Classic Sonic fan game, therefore, there are usually very few cutscenes in such games (S3&K for example), which is for the better, because Classic Sonic is usually designed for cleaner gameplay.- Mikhael Blur
