Pepsiman for Kart, except this time he's been ran through the AnimaL animation framework to take full advantage of his two (poorly abused) feet.

Non-critical issues:
Glider offsets are a little wonky, but I don't want to be pushing the sprite through the floor
AnimaL will throw occasional benign errors occasionally, usually at the end of a race.
