[Re-Usable] Modern abilities v2

The ability add and the sound looks like the real Sonic modern the only thing that misses these sprites and the boost which is a little too different and the stomp does not allow to destroy the cracked floors and sonic cannot slide on the walls before a wall jump.

This is good with the LUA. No problem!
