Hedgehog Edits (With Friends) v1C-Minor

As you can tell by the update name, this is just a simple update for Amy that buffs her speed and acceleration. Felt like she was a bit slow.

One of the lines to call for a custom hurt sound for FSonic was misspelled. Didn't realize until just now. Sorry about that! ^^"

This update brings in a bunch of new patches, a total of SEVEN, and tweaks two existing patches.

Additions:
- Peppino - More sounds! (V1.0, not V2B1, can't guarantee it'll work with the overhauled version.)
- FSonic - More sounds, better thok power, and voice clips from Sonic Lost World!
- TailsCD - Custom sounds and a different super form color! Also he has been renamed to FTails to match FSonic.
- SSN Sonic - Now plays sounds from Sonic 1!
- SSN Tails - Now plays sounds from Sonic 1!
- Twilight Sparkle - Custom sound clips with the help of 15.ai, back when it was up.
- UglyKnux - Sounds are now at a much lower quality. I just thought it would sound cool and give off some of those old Adobe Flash vibes.
Tweaks:
- Vanilla Amy - Voice clips are now from Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric. I didn't really like the custom clips I made for it anymore.
- Vanilla Tails - The SF_DASHMODE flag has been applied.

Updates with Jana:
- I changed some of Jana's sounds, mainly the sounds for when she gets hurt, KO'd, and the new addition, taunts!
- Yep! I added some taunt sounds for Jana!
- O_ROCKON has been changed to a simple loop of Sonic Lost World's Burst Wisp theme, with the addition of the Amen Break!
- Not a change here but I maaaaaaaaaaaaay add in a Skip patch to go along with Jana!

Updates to Amy:
- Her outfit has been simplified from green/blue/orange to red/orange. I've been waiting to do this for a long time.
- SF_DASHMODE flag has been applied to compensate for her speed.

Updates to Fang:
- SF_SUPER flag has been applied. His super color is a nice red.
