This isn't a bad character at all. I just feel like so much more could've been done with the concept of "Goo Sonic". Maybe he could leave behind a trail that damages enemies? Or throw a ball of goo that makes a hazardous puddle? The ceiling cling is neat, though. Again, not bad at all, just somewhat generic.
