Why are there so many Sbags in the mod?

when i was thinking of adding features to V3, i thought of adding the Legacy Skins, and i wanted to bundle them into the main addon so you get multiple characters in one addon, so uh yea

hes basically a mix of Regular and 2025 Sbag, the only major difference in all of his moves is that their changed to play like a super smash bros moveset
