Foxy from the fnaf doom, he's really fast but if he spots an badnik you lose control of him, he will jump at them, you can only regain control when the enemy is out of reach, or killed.

Having Niko from Oneshot, with a permanent dynamic light like Skip's Flashlight.

His abilities would be probably Telekinesis from the Sun (the lightbulb) acting like a forcefield that can repel enemies, can jump 3 blocks high, the sun can give him slowfall, and cannot roll (this also means NoJumpDamage flag being enabled, like with Fang and Amy)
