The Ceiling Dash is one of the hardest tricks to pull off, but can bring heaps of speed.
When you are ceiling running, when you press jump, you'll want to press it again RIGHT after the 1st jump input, then, quickly use your Taunt Jump and after doing that, mash/spam the jump button until your Blasters Thok activates.
If there is a incoming wall then be sure to hold the jump button after your ability activates.
You will probably get a result like this if done quite right:
