Another concept i have. Its very simple. Gaurding ghosts. So if your going aganist an exe that doesn't have the minion passive, and you die to them. You have an option to turn into a ghost/ spirit. Your icon will turn into a faded version of the normal icon, with a halo at the top (characters like metal will not have this, And eggman wont have the halo ). youll, be able to protect a person, giving them a 50/50 chance to dodge any ability. Though you can only protect one person for atleast a mintue and a half before eventually withering off. If you have protected everyone left alive. Then you will stay connected to exe until lms or at final 80. If you stay as a ghost for lms you will be able to give encouragement. Which has a 300 second cooldown. After using encourage met you will shout out a certain quote that fits for the character in lms. This also heavily buffs the stats of the person in lms for 20 seconds.

The ghosts in LMS just spamming the button so they instantly win
 
SPECIAL ENCOURAGEMENT LINES
Eggman: “For what that Hedgehog has done to my machines… He still continues fighting” (If Sonic is the one encouraged)
Sonic: “Listen faker! You have to continue on! Even if you don’t have time to repair!” (Towards Metal)
Of course these aren’t all the lines but here are survivor specific ones
 
special voice lines for when lms starts (only for certain survivors with exes)
eggman vs sunky- HA! i thought this would be a challenge
how did the others even die to you?!?
knuckles vs kolossos- put em up demon!,
lets see what you got.
cream vs fleetway- F- the child?!... HA.
C- LEAVE ME ALONE YOU BIG BULLY!!!
tails vs exe- sonic?... wait no...
I'm not falling for that!
shadow vs tripwire= tch... i can beat a doll no problem,
next time give me a real challenge!

"..Sonic?"
"Sonic" turns around, to show his true face
"WAH!"
Sonic runs past ray, nearly scratching his mussle.
Ray stands there, more weary now.
