OUTCOME MEMORIES IN SRB2

no one asked me to do this but I made abilities for tails none of this has to be used I just got bored

Passive 1: flight

works how it does in om but its a passive now

Passive 2: robotic intelligence

if tails is standing near a robotic survivor while there healing they will get healed 1.5x faster

Ability 1: laser cannon

works how it does in om if an exe is hit by the laser its a 4 second stun if hit by the full duration of the laser its a 5.5 second stun

Ability 2: switch

while outside of charging his laser tails can switch between 3 different laser modes

1. shockwave

like blazes flamethrower but electricity it lasts for 6 secs stuns for 0.75 secs for every second the exe is in the radius it slows the exe and the stun activates once the ability is over or once the exe has left the radius

2. orb

tails shoots one moderately sized orb if it hits the exe it stuns for 3 secs and deals a good about knockback and has a 35% chance of giving them the tripwire electricity status effect

3. beam

literally the original om laser


Ability 3: tail swipe

when activated tails lunges forward spinning his tails in a circle if this hits the exe it stuns them for 1.5 secs and knocks them back about as far as silvers fling

stats:

hp: 100
speed: above average
lms hp: 165

if any of this was to be used it would be very cool but that's up to you guys

thx i really do hope this does end up as the tails move set
but in the meantime check out my move set for blaze

Passive 1: sol meter

same as how it works in om

Passive 2: burning heart

if blaze gets burned by any sort of damage or attack it will heal her instead (eg green hill lighting hits sonic -15 hp hits blaze +15 hp)

Ability 1: round house kick

same as om stuns for 2 secs 3.5 + burn if sol is over 55 adds 25 sol if hit -5 if missed

Ability 2: FLAME THROWER

javelin is gone but instead its only flame thrower the higher blazes sol meter the longer the ability lasts and it gets bigger the higher your sol meter is
cant use if sol is under 35 pretty much the same as om but with some tweaks

Ability 3: fire tornado

works a bit like how it does in td but quiet different. blaze will start spinning in a circle rapidly turning her self into a fire tornado
the ability lasts for 8 seconds if you just press the necessary key you will charge forward stunning the exe ( 1.25 sec for each hit can hit up to 4 times ) if you hold the necessary key blaze will start to rise meaning it can also be used for mobility cant use if sol is under 45 adds 6 sol for each successful hit complete miss = -40 sol

other stats:

hp-100
lms hp-165
speed- a bit over above average
starts game with 35 sol


yet again it would be so cool if this ended up being her actual move set but that's up to you guys

ill probably make one of these every day cause why not and I don't mind if the dev team want to use these but if any of you guys want me to make a certain move set ill do that when I see the reply

I got bored again so here's a move set I made for ray

Passive 1: quick and nimble

before ray can take any damage he can dodge 3 incoming attacks like cream during lms this does not carry over to his second life or lms unless if he had them before

Passive 2: supportive nature

when ray is standing near another survivor with a cool down it will deplete 15% faster this only works for one survivor at a time

Ability 1: item box 34 sec cooldown

when activated ray will hold a item box above his head ready to throw once he throw its the item box 3 different variations witch he can switch when he's holding it about his head ( while holding the box ray moves as fast as knuckles while charging his fists ) only 2 item boxes can be down at a time

1. eggman box

when thrown down on the ground the item box becomes a trap when the exe steps on it
when they do they will be stunned for 2 second and will have the silver rock affect for 4
it can be directly thrown onto the exe

2. ring box

when thrown if it hits a survivor a mini ring explosion happens and the survivor gets healed for 35hp
(if 2 survivors are in the radius it will affect them to though it can do more then 2 people) but be warned if an exe hits it they will get a 25% speed boost

3. shield box

when it hits a survivor they will get the eggman energy shield effect for the next hit it doesn't wear of only 1 survivor at a time can have the shield

Ability 2: glide dash 24 sec cooldown if hit 20 sec if just glide

when used ray will dash forward and go into a gliding mode it will work how it does in the game
he hits the exe with it its knocks them back and stuns for 2.5 secs

Ability 3: tail slam 29 sec cooldown


this has to be used from a height so cant be used while just on the ground
when used ray will slam his tail into the ground breaking it a bit
if the exe is hit it heavily knocks them back and stuns for 5 secs
ray takes 10 damage after using this this will use up his dodges


Secret 3rd passive:

when the ring box is used on mighty it will heal for 45hp instead

stats
hp- 90
speed- above average
lms hp- 170
has a dodge count under him

Passive 1: cute charm

when the round starts in the first 1min 15 secs of the round cream cant die first and she will always be left on 30hp if hit during this stage
once the timer has gone pass 1min 15 secs the passive wears off and if someone dies before her in the time the ability
( timer would be shortened if there's less survivors )


Passive 2: chao

pretty much same as om cheese dies after cream gets downed


Ability 1: heal 23 sec cooldown

same as om but the more survivors in the radius the less each player gets (eg 1= 10 every 2 secs 2= 8 every 2 secs 3-4= 6 every 2 secs 5+ 3 every second lasts for 5 heals if chao is lost each heal is hafted except the 5+ that one goes to 2

Ability 2: dash 18 sec cooldown

works how it does in om but every dash has a 18 second cool down and cream can have multiple charges (goes up to 4 charges) you can no longer hit the exe with the dash only 2 can be spammed in mid air at a time cream will start will 1 dash

Ability 3: chao finder 35 sec cooldown
if cheese is still alive cream can select one survivor near her to get cheese and when they get heal by cream they will always get 10 every 2 second and if heal by anyone else (Amy or ray if he gets my move set) it gets a 1.25x boost but cheese can die with them if they get downed of go under 20 hp on last life

Ability 3 if cheese is dead : pain seeker 34 sec cooldown

when used cream will get a indicator pointing to the lowest health survivor but the exe will get an indicator to the highest health survivor indicator lasts for 6 secs for both cream and the exe

stats

hp- 90
speed- a bit over average
lms hp- 170
cream will have a cheese icon next to hers and a dodge counter

for that guy his name is metal hedge
ok this is going to be interesting ima make him like a private server character

Passive 1: robotic skin

like all other robots metal hedge gets a damage reduction and boosted health

hp= 150 starting after healing= 140

52% normal

78% in lms


Passive 2: glowing green

when an exe hits metal hedge they get stunned for 1.75 secs


Ability 1: dive bomb 35 secs



metal hedge fly's up into the sky not to far up for 5 secs
then after that slams down onto the ground exploding a wide area
if it hits he takes 40 damage and stuns the exe for 6 secs and knocks them back
if missed he takes 45 damage this cant be blocked but it can be dodged


Ability 2: grab and go 36 secs

metal hedge charges at the exe like metal sonic (he can fly in this stage) once the exe is grabbed he carries them for 6 secs and once that's over he throws them onto the floor this doesn't stun but it but you can throw them into pits like the green hill lake before he throws them he sifters
45hp out of the exe


Ability 3: metallic rush needs to have stunned or thrown the exe 6 times

basically rage mode but for a survivor metal hedge begins to spark and then a timer is shown at the bottom of everyone's screens (for 1:45 seconds) in this mode he the exes damage is nerfed by 90% for every one except metal hedge. for hedge he loses all his passives except glowing green but now every thing he does has a massive buff
here is the list of buffs
. dive bomb now stuns for 9 secs and he takes 20 damage from missing
. grab and go now stuns for 5 secs
.he can fly
.glowing green now stuns for 4 secs
.if he takes damage if he stuns in the next 7 secs it lasts for double

once this mode is over every this goes back to normal but metal hedge goes back on 25 hp

stats:

hp- 150
lms hp = 210
speed-fast but not crazy fast
