What is the meaning of the different file starters on some of srb2's addons? I see stuff like CL or VS. What exactly do they mean. And why are some mods wads or pk3's? Are wads easier to make or something?

C stands for Character, meaning theres a character
L stands for Lua, meaning theres Lua files
S stands for Singleplayer, meaning theres a singleplayer/co-op level

Wad can store all of the files or "lumps" on the same directory, meaning you need things like Markers to divide stuff and have it somewhat organized.

Pk3 in the other hand is more advanced. (A glorified ZIP file, if you must), where you can add folders and have stuff better organized and not have everything in 1 same place mixed, and depending from Markers which may be easy to miss if you're scrolling down too fast.

Thanks man.

in other words, if you're gonna make a mod that's not just a singular individual map, preffer going with PK3, as its far more intuitive and comfortable to use by having the option to add folders onto the mod itself, so you avoid having everything scattered everywhere on the same place
