Neon the Hedgehog for Kart - the OG do not steal Sonic on his car

Hi, the very Sonic Original Character strikes back for SRB2 Kart, but he has his own car so that makes him more Original.

Jokes aside, I made this mod a bit for myself but I publish it so everyone interested can use it ^^
It has no particular mechanic in it, just a different Kart design though.

I remember you releasing a SRB2 mod that was Neon himself!
Now a Kart? It looks nice on him!
