Fang Laff (Edited) - Laugh at your friends (or the badniks)

Makes Fang laugh (Laff) by pressing Custom 1!

Since The boss sprites are with the player skin sprites when 2.2.14 released, I decided to edit this and make it a lua only, Oh yea this works with models, Too!
