Dallas (Payday 2) - Perfect your getaway driving skills

A less ambitious character than the Animal releases, but still a viable racer in today's climate. Keep in mind that due to the source material, his voice lines can be a bit vulgar.

-Minor lump editing and other small fixes

On another note:

Dallas has been ported to Ring Racers! It's a rough port as new graphics are placeholder, but I wanted to make sure he was at least out there for people to use.
