I enjoyed this pack after making a video about it. Overall, it’s a very solid pack.
Of course, there are some nuances that could use improvement. For example, Pacific Travel didn’t really click with me: I understand the idea behind it, but personally the zone felt a bit too long and somewhat empty in places (I get why it’s designed that way, but adding more details like rings or small elements wouldn’t hurt).
That said, the pack turned out to be interesting and has a nice, vibey atmosphere at the same time. There’s definitely room to grow, which is a good thing. 4 out of 5 - well deserved.
I'm giving it 4 stars because this map collection doesn't suffer from the problems of many modern level packs, specifically texture and object scaling, slope spam (in fact, there are almost no slopes, and this is better than using them the way most modern mappers use them), and inadequate room widths. However, it does have some drawbacks. I won't list them all, but I'll highlight what I consider to be the most important one: the linearity of the maps. The maps are too linear; the author should learn to create more intersecting paths.

Im glad to finally get an actual legit review.
Yeah, ive grown a lot since back then in 2021, but im still incredibly unexperienced even with the sheer ammount of stuff i did when it comes to mapmaking, so, there's always still room for improvement, which ill eventually end up reaching sooner or later.
I did the most i could to at least give my Coop some justice, trying to make them bigger and better, as most were just lazy scribbles of generic and boring platform, or they were just a bland "walking simulator".
At least you could say they are much better than they were before, and even better than from how they first began when i was still learning my first maps.
⭐☆☆☆☆ — Disappointing and Uninspired Map Pack
As a self-proclaimed Rayman fan, I really wanted to enjoy this map pack by Soniku11, but unfortunately it fell very short of my expectations.
First of all, the level design feels strange and inconsistent. Instead of flowing naturally, many sections feel awkward, poorly connected, or confusing, which constantly breaks the immersion. Exploration never feels rewarding because the layouts do not guide the player in an intuitive or satisfying way.
The music selection also does not fit the stages at all. Rather than enhancing the atmosphere, it clashes with the environments and often feels randomly chosen, making the experience feel unfocused and messy.
Another major issue is the unfair difficulty. The challenge is not based on skill, but on unexpected hazards, unclear paths, and punishing enemy placement. This makes the game frustrating instead of fun, especially for players who just want to enjoy a creative platforming experience.
Most disappointing of all, the pack has no real similarity to Rayman despite what I was hoping for. It doesn’t capture Rayman’s charm, creativity, colorful world design, or playful tone. In the end, it doesn’t bring anything fresh or enjoyable to SRB2.
I appreciate the effort that went into creating this, but in its current state, this map pack feels unfocused, frustrating, and lacking a clear identity. Sadly, I cannot recommend it.
Honestly the only zone that had good gameplay was Industrial Volcano
Everything else was mediocre
Sometimes the music choices are just bad
And the bosses do not deserve golden item boxes
it just makes it less of a challenge

Thats definitely an improvement of your last comment but.. it still feels like an attack. Not because im offended, but because you offer little to no reason why do you think something is bad.
Please, take the effort of first thinking "Why i didnt liked this?" Then comment, because thats just straight up trashtalking about something, it doesnt help me know what did i do wrong to improve it.
In any case, i wont change this any more other than any possible small issues that usually fly a lot under my radar while making them, like a missing death pit or whatever else, this is the final form of my maps. I been suffering and holding onto this pack for over half a year, and its time to finally let it go for once. I want to move out to other things too.
