[Re-Usable] Gemstone Hunt 1.3

This was a long overdue and pending list of fixes that i had to do a long time ago, and i couldnt delay them anymore.

- Deleted the duped maps (Apparently i had copied them twice, having it once on the Maps, and Skins folder??? i never remember this ever happening??)

* Shining Depths: Changed the music from spec3, to ATZ, and also moved the deathpits from the moving rocks a bit deeper down.

* SkyScraper Rocks: Moved the emerald right in front of the cave exit, so you see it on the rush, and avoid having to go back if you missed it.

* Sabaku Village 1: Pushed the Dust Devils further apart from each other, so now you flow smoother with them instead of having to stop every bounce.

* Sabaku Village 2: Added missing Deathpits where its due, and removed some enemies on the last room.

* Azure Grottos 1: Added some Boost Panels to relocate the Gargoyle much faster.

* Steel Bastion: Added deathpits on the corners of the laser room, and reduced heavily the ammount of enemies on the Enemy Room.

* Boss Rush: Added 1 Golden Pity Shield every 2 Bosses, starting from Egg Slimer.

I may possibly be missing a change or two that i did, pulling from memory. But all of these issues were already ticking me off really bad and they were a MUST to fix.
Apparently i have never noticed that the maps were missing, as i somehow forgot to readd them to the Pk3 when i was adding the modified map files onto the pack
Most of the maps have received either an extension or minor QoL changes to make it more bearable.
