[Re-Usable] Dylan's Android Optimized SRB2 Build 1.2

Everything the windows version has.

- Fixed some transparency issues, mainly with Adventure Sonic's Super Boost Aura

- Fixed performance issues with X Sonic when using his Chaos Lambent Attack as Super X Sonic

I probably fixed some other issues too but I've forgotten if I have.

- Ported the latest version of my client to android

- Fixed an issue where the some buttons were down 1 row when in game

- Added a shadows option to the Mobile Performance section

- Removed "Show Focus Lost" option since it's not needed on mobile
