It's just is there any way to make maps on mobile? like I want to make a map.

Sadly, no, there is no option to make any mod that doesnt include editing already existing stuff.
If so, you COULD technically do maps from phone by using a remote control app, but that would be quite a stretch and an exaggerate overcomplex way to do it.
For that, its easier to simply just go to the PC.

Thats still not doing it from your phone, but from an emulated PC on the phone.
You still end up requiring any PC hardware or Software involved for it to work.
Theres no real way to fully do it from phone, like a regular app, thought technically it IS possible. (And most phones nowadays are most than capable to handle that, even).
