i did a little bit of a rush job but i hope its still quite fine with you (i also did a few extra things)
also i added in the PLAYPAL for you to copy, just click the lil blue + icon and then enter Sonic Robo Blast 2 2.2 (or anything else) for the palette name, and then you can use that.

Cool portleg! I saw an image and wanted it BADLY. You made me able to find it. Only two problems... The max run is green, and doesn't work as a peelout/max run should. Until it's finished, can I have a version WITHOUT the max run? 'Cause he turns green.
