Hello! Hows it going? I hope yall doing good.

you know, i been thinking.. "what should i do with my hangout maps to make them better?"
And since you know i been long banned from both Master Server and the Message Board, theres absolutely nothing i can do to return, thus me being forced to remove all player refferences on my maps.

Specifically here on "Social Valley"

Give me all your ideas you have on what do we need or i should do as a hangout map, that doesnt include player refferences in it?
What do we need in the hangout servers scene? what kind of map are we still lacking nowadays?

This makes me remember the plan I had in 2024 about making a dedicated hangout map to serve as a MP server start location.

There was apparently a sauna map in local Pelit-lehti in 1994 as part of Doom mapping competition that I wanted to find and then use as inspiration to make the hangout map. The aesthetic would have been a cottage in the forest with a lake & a steep hill the finnish would call "vaara" surrounding it.

As for the skybox... I don't know, toss some money at the local gifted as hell artists & then make necessary adjustments to account for the compression needed to function in SRB2? After all, this map would have been intended for the server itself.

I might actually return to that plan later. Right now I'm kinda busy with RL stuff plus working on a certain map.

OS: because missing one verbal warning saying to "shut up and listen" when i was asking for help about an issue i had while hosting servers.

MB: deleting my own mods which i worked on myself alone 3 times (2 of them were because i was anxious and unsure of myself, i had a very bad self esteem back then, and the rough treatment i got from them didnt helped).

MS: hosting "modified" characters without permission, which only were patches coming directly from my server pack. (the mod chars themselves remained intact, its simply a patch).

STJ REALLY needs to consider their staff team, theyre too strict and never listen to the other party, they refuse to dialogue with nobody and think they have the absolute power, even when they dont. Even they can get banned and sanctioned.

DAMN i lowkey feel bad for you. I get the patch doesn't modify the actual characters but just for something so your server works well. really feel like that was not disturbed

thats no real issue, its just that they by default refuse to even try dialogue with the person they gonna sanction, even thought they claim they try.. they dont..

Never received one single message from none of them, even the nice staff that are actually good people and not staff that abuse their power in a "legal" way, making it unfair for us as members of the community.
