uncapped interpolation bug, might fix tomarrow

what does the fps has to be set at for the bug to not occur?
the bug where he flys in a current direction and his tails are infront of him

I've taken to calling him FTails (much like FSonic) personally.

If I could suggest one thing:
Could there be a toggle to not have the little flickies present whenever he goes super?
