[Re-Usable] Spaced Out HUD v1 - Initial Release

WhiteFelineWonder submitted a new addon:

Spaced Out HUD - Easing the workload of the left side of the screen.

Just a simple SOC file that spaces out the HUD of the game.

- To the top left is your lives counter.
- The bottom left is reserved for your how many rings you have.
- The bottom right is for how much time's elapsed.
- The top right is for your power-up icons if you have that enabled.

Score is not present in this HUD, since it's pretty much irrelevant.
