you can always use the SRB2 Wiki, it has good infomation and if that isnt good enough for you then you can ask the smart guys like @Soniku11 or @DoMikoto ツ or heck even me

Maybe at best the only thing i can help you with its anything Map making related, since its basically all what i did when i started back then in 2021 for the first time with my first maps.

Coding in SRB2 works in many different ways! Since you need to use specific tools and websites to code properly! (there is a devoted Map editor! And you can build characters by using Blua!) (Aka Basterized Lua) of course you need the proper scripting and such but you can make amazing mods out of these!
