FEB-sonic from legacy army 1.3

So, I found out that in legacy army 1.5 FEB-sonic was deleted. i wasn't there for 1.3, but i have 1.3 to play. I like FEB-sonic foe being there, so i've desided to make a seperate PK3 for FEB-sonic by himself. current progress is going ok so far. I just copy and pasted the code for FEB-sonic from legacy army to a empty character PK3.
the sprites aren't there yet, however i will try to add them. So, if I'm not doing anything on here, this is why.

FEB-sonic shall also be called "FEB-NIC"

quick little update, already done. just used good old copy and pasting! BTW i also added some funny new sprites for some smaller things like the signpost.
