Can't you do it yourself? i can try to teach you, its fairly easy, specially considering that STJ on the last updates have rearranged all sprites in a way that makes specially easy and intuitive to have everything separated on its own category, like, all skins inside their own folder and such, so you only have to select everything inside a specific folder and there you have it.

You don't need a PC by the way. PK3 files are just glorified Zip/Rar files, just rename the extension to either of those, then you open, and extract the raw files to have only the skin sprites, everyone separated on their own folder, which i said, as far as i can remember, everyone was already inside their own folder.

I already told you how you can do it without needing a PC, dude, dont be so lazy, its not all that difficult.
You just rename the PK3 to a Zip file, open it with any Zip/Rar App, then you extract the folder where the character sprites are, which on the lastest updates they grouped the character skins on each their own folder individually so its easier to separate them.
