[Re-Usable] The True Drop Dash V3

The Drop dash is now fully true the longer you stay in the air the farther the drop dash goes now this drop dash is fully true to its name.

erm I just updated the dust that's all it's no longer from rebound momentum
but yeah this is the true final update see you guys in the next addon!

I put the different button example in there with the original file

change the squish code to be different from t.h sonic because I don't want people to accuse me of stealing, and it works in vertical flip sections

erm, the drop dash now always uses P_InstaThrust so now it will always redirect you but it still adds to your speed

There is now a separate file for if you want to put the drop dash on a button that is not spin also now you have to tap spin you can't just hold it to start the drop dash
