[Re-Usable] Sonic's Cool Universal Mix 2 (SUGOI 4?? or SCUM2??) 1.12 Axis 2D Fix

The Axis2D lua script has been fixed!
Now the 3rd act of Freaky Island is now back to its original form, like it was before the 2.2.13

- fixed invisible sprites

- Added Freaky Island Act 3
(noW therES 4 digits and 4 acts!!!)
- Fixed various bugs in console
- Fixed texture misplacements
- Fixed Helm Breaker
