[Re-Usable] Dark Shoe Bottoms For Sonic v1.2

This add-on does exactly what it says on the tin - it gives Sonic his shoe bottoms a darker, gray color that you could find in his FSonic/SRB2 v2.2 in-dev sprites. It doesn't really do much else for the sake of being compatible with other mods.

Both Sonic and Super Sonic are covered as well as a couple of artworks seen in the game's credits to maximize consistency.
I've used the sprites from my Sprite Fixes mod as a base for this add-on so there shouldn't be any oddities that are present...

Added the missing Sonic & Tails CSS graphic.

Fixed an oversight of regular Sonic's SPNGA4A6 sprite being the same as the vanilla one, it should now actually feature gray colors on his shoe bottoms instead of magically reverting back to the red ones.
