The fact hes gotten banned both from the MB and from the OS, already tells me he might be under 13 years old.

hey that reminds me, why DO you need to be 13+ just to be on the SRB2Workshop and the Message Board?
i never really understood why that rule was there but i followed it anyways

Because most of the world or society came to a common consensus (a common agreement) that most individuals reach a certain level of basic maturity and responsability at the age of 13, of which still needs heavy supervision, but not as much as for example, say a 10 years old.
In shorter terms: Kids are VERY gullible and manipulable, so that's why 13 Years of age as a minimum.
