If you are considering making a video of this mod, pick up the copyright-friendly WAD. It replaces the compressed Pulp Fiction theme (when doing "thugshaker" and becoming super) with the Sonic 3 invincibility theme.

(Abilities have been added to their character select descriptions. You no longer have to guess what abilities are mapped to what buttons.)

Not Soap.exe might be a jerk but he would never miss out on an opportunity to race against his friends!
 
Not Soap goes to your 3DS/2DS/New 3DS/New 2DS/emulator/weird handheld device that runs Android and can emulate the 3DS (Ayn Thor, etc). Just make sure you have Anemone3DS (so you can install it) and an SD card reader/FTPD (so you can transfer the theme onto your system).
